Becca's 20 year legislative career found her successful and thriving in a highly driven work environment. She worked as a gatekeeper and staff aide to three Speakers of House and a House Majority Leader. In the midst of the pressure and long hours, she found solace and respite thru creating art in her spare time.
She understands the importance of being grounded and nourished by the beauty of art.
Painting on the edge of what's visible, Becca's art creates an atmosphere of life, spirit, growth and energy - inspiring hope. She creates dramatic visual experiences of color, contrast and depth that reflect her amazement with life and its possibilities.

Becca was fortunate to demo her artwork in two prestigious juried venues: the Herberger Annual Festival of the Arts (2yrs) and Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West in Scottsdale, hosted by the Arizona Art Alliance.

My painting was professionally converted to vinyl wrap and installed on a high visibility traffic signal cabinet in a busy commercial center. I received recognition from the Mayor and City Council, when the project was completed.
